This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the 1st Achievements website (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed:
- Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days
- Orders cannot be modified once production begins
- Fulfillment is handled by trusted third-party production and shipping partners
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes begin after order processing and production are complete.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Shipping method selected
- Order size and weight
Promotional or free shipping offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
6. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided:
- We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order
- Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
1st Achievements is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Additionally:
- Carrier delays are outside of our control
- Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds
- We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues
8. Customs, Duties & International Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These fees:
- Are not included in product or shipping prices
- Are the responsibility of the customer
- May cause delays in delivery
We are not responsible for customs processing delays.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We may not ship to certain countries, regions, or addresses due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or logistical constraints.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the provided destination.
10. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal by the recipient
The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. Returned packages are not eligible for refunds.
11. Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will be communicated at the time of purchase or via email updates.
12. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays, promotions, or peak shipping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended.
We appreciate your patience during these periods and recommend placing orders early for time-sensitive deliveries.
