If something isn’t right, we’re here to support you with a clear, fair, and straightforward process. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every milestone you celebrate to feel meaningful from start to finish.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which 1st Achievements (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Because most items are custom-made, printed, or fulfilled on demand, returns are limited and subject to the conditions described below.

2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue
  • The issue must be the result of a production or fulfillment error

Once approved, we will either issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion. You will not be required to return damaged or defective items unless otherwise instructed.

3. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Damaged Items)

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged items, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference-based issues

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Refund & Credit Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We do not offer store credit unless explicitly stated

Once a refund is issued, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly and custom-made, order cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order
  • If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel the order
  • If production has started, the order cannot be canceled

6. Wrong Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

7. Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

1st Achievements is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Additionally:

  • Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds
  • Unclaimed or returned packages due to delivery failure are not eligible for refunds
  • Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

8. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Custom-made or print-on-demand products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or limited-edition items

9. Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary due to:

  • Screen and monitor settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Printing and production variations

Color variation alone does not qualify as a defect or reason for return.
